Refund and Return Policy

Due to the personal nature of our product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of Schnozz Strips. However if the product is defective or the order is incorrect please contact us within 48hrs so that we can assist you. Nasal strips are classified as personal care items and cannot be resold once shipped, in order to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

1. Hygiene & Single-Use Products
SCHNOZZ nasal strips are single-use hygienic products and, in accordance with South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act (CPA)cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used, unless proven defective.

2. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

* A damaged item,
* The wrong product,
* Or a product that fails to adhere or function as intended,

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a refund, exchange, or replacement (your choice) in line with the CPA.

3. Subjective Results or Perceived Ineffectiveness
Refunds will not be issued if:

* You feel the strips “don’t work for you”,
* You “didn’t feel a difference”,
* Or the result was less than expected.

SCHNOZZ strips are non-medical, and individual results can vary depending on nose shape, skin type, and method of use. This does not constitute a product defect.

4. Change-of-Mind Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind after the package has been opened or used.

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We strictly adhere to South African consumer law to protect both you and our business.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
If your product is defective or incorrect:

* Contact info@schnozzstrips.store within 2 days.
* Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
* We’ll respond within 48 hours.

We also do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
You are applicable for an exchange:

If you received a damaged or incorrect item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Due to the personal nature of the product, the 14-day cooling-off period for EU customers does not apply to Schnozz Strips. Personal care goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons are exempt once unsealed.


Refunds
